People with a passion for collecting know keeping track of the details about a collectible item preserves the overall value of a collection and makes it easier to enjoy and share. A variety of mediocre software applications exist to help with these tasks, but none provides the ease of use and customizable features of MessLess Collector.

In this single database application, collectors can organize information about their collectibles using a simple form, custom-designed by the collector for the particular attributes of their collection. MessLess Collector's 100% customizable forms offer 22 varieties of data entrance fields to choose from, and each record can accommodate attachments and multimedia files of images, video and sound. The data fields can contain formulas for automating calculations - like the age of an item or the dollar value of a collection. Even the largest collections can be catalogued down to the smallest detail within a database expandable to 4 GB.

The software interface behaves like Outlook Express, compiling records into a tree-like format already so familiar to most users that there is no need to learn anything new. The program's built-in visual editors allow customization of all the aspects of the database, from forms, formulas and toolbars, to queries, reports and export functions. Collectors can share data about their items directly out of
the database via e-mail, by exporting to a word processor or to HTML pages, among other options, or parse new information into the database directly from a website such as eBay, or from a Word document.
