Power Notes is a simple application; basically it creates electronic "PostIt" notes for PC owners. The program has three major components. First is Organizer that arranges otherwise chaotic pieces of information in orderly manner. Second is Scheduler, a component that is responsible for planning events and running tasks when they are supposed to be executed. The final component is Reminder. It plays an alarm sounds or displays a visual reminder (sticker) when scheduled.

Power Notes is a kind of software people use on a daily basis. Phone calls to make, appointments to remember, people to talk to, e-mails to answer, bills to pay, meetings to re-schedule – all these tasks can be really overwhelming. But if Power Notes stores all that information on a PC desktop, warns of a deadline coming up and reminds that today is the last day to pay utilities bills, then there is no rush or chaos.

Power Notes is a lifesaver for forgetful people who are always late and have poor time management skills. And it is certainly a gem for efficient people, because the program can do plenty of things for them. Like opening a report file at 10.30 each morning or launching an eBay website fifteen minutes before an auction expires.

Another great thing about the software is that it is 100% customizable. Different templates, sizes, color schemes, and alarm times. The program is jam-packed with great features like an overstuffed sandwich, yet it takes very little system resources and sits quietly in the system tray.
