If you have to manage a large amount of correspondence in MS Outlook everyday, then you must be familiar with Outlook Attachments Processor. And if you are still not, then here you can find what you need.

Today most of the companies prefer to send and receive files and document through electronic mail. But standard features of MS Outlook don’t let you handle attached files in a flexible and convenient way. And at this point you can get assistance from Outlook Attachments Processor. This add-in to MS Outlook was developed by MAPILab Ltd. company along with other applications for MS Outlook.

Outlook Attachments Processor can filter the files that you receive using any methods that you consider suitable. You can block income files by its extension and type. For example, you can ban receiving attached files with .exe, .com, and .bat extensions and protect yourself from accidental viruses.
You can sort files by almost any criteria and then put certain groups of files to specified folders on your hard disk. And to save your disk space you can remove huge files from the messages and store them in a separate folder.
A lot of companies and their staff have already found this add-in useful and necessary.

I am familiar with a chief editor (Edward K.) of an independent American publishing company. The company has many reporters in different places of the Earth. And every day all of them send their articles in MS Word format via electronic mail to the above mentioned chief editor. The periodical was getting more and more popular with time. The staff grew up, as well as the number of independent reporters. The amount of the mail finally got so large, that the poor chief editor was pressed to spend most part of his working day managing and sorting the incoming mail. Well, of course he had a number of filters installed, and the mail got sorted in some way, but not the way he wanted.
Once I visited him and saw how he worked. I felt sorry for him and I told him about Outlook Attachments Processor. After that my friend never wasted his time manually handling the incoming mail. He made the sorting process automatic and saved a lot of his valuable time, so it’s not surprising that since that time he asks me to visit him more often – maybe I can suggest something as useful :)

It’s just one of the many examples how Outlook Attachments Processor helped make the process of mail managing easier and save time and human resources.
I’d like to give you one more illustration that I liked the best. The story took place in Beaverton, Oregon. A contest for the best kid drawing was organized by several colleges. The pictures for the contest were to be sent in any digital graphic format (JPG, BMP, TIFF, etc.). The key point of the story is the one to whom the works were sent via email, was a young office manager Kelly. It was her duty to sort the incoming mail and put the pictures to different folders, which were named after the colleges the pictures came from. Unfortunately, Kelly heard about Outlook Attachments Processor only after the contest was over, and she had to manually sort more then two thousand pictures drawn by kids. “I could’ve passed all the routine to the computer,” – she said with a sigh later.

I told you these stories to deliver you from excessive and unnecessary work. Don’t let the routine waste you time.

And if your mail client is MS Outlook, then try to install Outlook Attachments Processor. You ask me why? I say: “Let God save you from Kelly’s fortune” :) And take heavy correspondence easy.
