Alternative phonebook

Today we’re going to take a look at the program called m9P Phonebook2. This phonebook, in spite of its plain design, has quite a lot of features to suggest. With the help of it, you can conveniently store your contact base, all the names, addresses, phone numbers and even pictures. And moreover, exploring the base is much easier then with a regular phonebook.

The most important advantage of the program, to my mind, is fast searching on name, surname or email. When using the program, I found no obstacle or a difficulty, which means that the program is easy to use. Adding new records, editing or searching them were no problem.

The only recommendation I can give concerns the size of the picture that you add to a contact. I suggest 217x225 picture size. The program will accept any other picture anyway, though with some distortion.

The program is flexible and database independent. You can easily export your contact list to Access format or to simple html or txt formats. Besides these features m9P Phonebook2 provides a lot of additional tools that make your work more comfortable. These are such tools as IE Handler, Web Surfer, Text Editor, Note Papers and Alarm Clock. IE Handler и Web Surfer can quickly open a web page that you need with the help of the in-built Internet Explorer. Text Editor will help save and edit the information that you acquired from the Internet. Note Papers is useful for making notes. And Alarm Clock will let you know when the time comes (to finish your work, for example :)
