November 8, 2004 - Alchemy Lab announces the release of the newest version of Network Administrator's Toolkit (NAT). NAT bundles applications for surveillance of corporate server performance with remote access capability for maintenance and rescue functions.
The NAT package runs on Microsoft Windows(TM) platforms. The bundle contains three components: Asset Tracker for Networks, Alchemy Eye and Remote Control Pro. Asset Tracker collects network inventory information for capacity planning and provides availability reports. Alchemy Eye is the second SMS tool in the package, designed to automatically alert administrators to errors and potential server disabilities via cell phone or pager. Administrators may then use the Remote Control Pro component to remotely perform troubleshooting tasks from their own workplace. Network administrators will be impressed with the system reporting format and the ease of being notified by the system before a problem becomes a crisis on the client's end. Clients will appreciate the swift results achieved when the administrator is able to fix problems without physically having to travel to the site. Larger users will realize the savings on network personnel expenses by having centralized network management with remote capability.
