You can specify any one-symbol separator.

After that you will see the Choose Properties window. There you can pick thoroughly what Contact fields precisely will be exported to a file. So you can apply a filter which, for example, includes only that Contacts from your address book where Categories field contain something like "Member" or “Active Customer” or Department field is equal to "Sales" and so on.
